Terms and Conditions Effective Date: November 4, 2025 Welcome to msg.dxing.in, a cloud-based WhatsApp Business API platform powered by Dxing. By accessing or using this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Service Scope msg.dxing.in provides access to the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, enabling businesses to send, receive, and manage WhatsApp messages through verified Meta accounts. This is not a bulk messaging or unofficial API platform. 2. Account & Access You must have a verified Meta Business Account and WhatsApp Business number to use this service. You are responsible for your account credentials and activities performed using your access tokens. 3. Acceptable Use You must follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy at all times. Sending spam, promotional blasts, or unsolicited messages is prohibited. Violation may result in account suspension or API access revocation by Meta or Dxing. 4. Data & Privacy Your data (including messages and templates) are processed securely via Meta’s servers. Dxing does not store or sell your customer conversations. By using the platform, you consent to Meta’s data handling and privacy practices. 5. Billing & Payments Service is billed as per your selected plan or usage tier. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Any Meta-related billing issues (e.g., template costs) follow Meta’s billing policies. 6. Service Availability msg.dxing.in depends on Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API uptime. Dxing is not liable for downtime, delivery delays, or API interruptions caused by Meta or other third parties. 7. Termination You may stop using the service anytime. Dxing may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or Meta’s policies. 8. Changes These Terms may be updated periodically.
